Research

Dr. Julie Ann Joseph completed her research studies from the Thin Film research lab, Department of Physics, Union Christian College, Aluva, Kerala, India. She did her research under the guidance of Dr. Rachel Reena Philip, Professor, Department of Physics, Union Christian College, Aluva.

Her thesis was entitled “Influence of metal doping and heterostructure formation on the photocatalytic and antibacterial activity of hematite  nanostructures.”

    She was awarded with Department of Science and Technology's (DST )Woman Scientist Project

    The project was awarded to complete her research studies.

    The project was entitled ” Fabrication and characterization of iron oxide nanostructures for gas sensing and DSSC applications.”
